At NAQSHI, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your fashion pieces, you may return or exchange them within 15 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Log into your NAQSHI account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our customer support team with your order ID.

  Pack the Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all brand tags, authenticity cards, and invoice copies are included.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  Once your request is approved, we will arrange a complimentary courier pickup from your registered address within 48 hours.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  After our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
